NH Children’s Trust Seeks Strategic Planning Consultant for Phase 2 of Adaptive Plan

New Hampshire Children’s Trust (NHCT) is excited to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Strategic Planning Consultant to support the next phase of our Adaptive Strategic Planning & Implementation process. This initiative aligns with Prevent Child Abuse America’s Theory of Change and focuses on strengthening families, building resilient communities, and advancing family support systems statewide.


Project Overview

NHCT has identified four key strategic goals:

  • Building Resilient Communities – Advocating for resources and strengthening family support systems.

  • Strengthening Families – Ensuring families can access the resources they need to thrive.

  • Achieving Organizational Excellence – Enhancing NHCT’s capacity as a statewide leader in family strengthening.

  • Providing Thought Leadership & Innovation – Driving new approaches to support families and communities.


The selected consultant will finalize NHCT’s strategic plan and support the implementation of Year 1 goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating community listening sessions statewide.

  • Developing actionable recommendations based on stakeholder feedback.

  • Co-designing a regional gathering of family support providers.

  • Contributing to the 13th Annual Strengthening Families Summit in October 2025.
