18th Annual Unsung Hero Awards!

Last night, the 18th Annual Unsung Hero Awards were held in Concord, NH, celebrating extraordinary parents, caregivers, and guardians from across New Hampshire in honor of Parent Recognition Month. Hosted by New Hampshire Children’s Trust in partnership with Governor Ayotte’s Office, this special event recognized individuals who demonstrate resilience, strength, and dedication in fostering nurturing environments for their children. Since 2008, Unsung Heroes have been honored for showing how Protective Factors help families thrive, even through life's challenges. Nominated by Family Resource Centers and community partners, this year’s Heroes were also featured throughout February on social media. A heartfelt thank you Governor Kelly Ayotte for spending the evening with us, our staff, and to our event sponsors for making this celebration possible!

Unsung Heroes were celebrated through daily social media posts on our channels. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to learn more about our Heroes.

This year’s Heroes were nominated by local Family Resource Centers and community partners. New Hampshire’s Statewide Network of Family Support helps keep families safe, strong, and successful. Connect with your local Family Resource Center and discover family supports near you at https://www.fsnh.org/.
